The Community Family Partnership Kent County System of Care (CFP) is a dedicated network of child-serving public systems and community partners working together with youth and families to increase access to effective, coordinated mental health services and supports. Together, we strive to offer a broad array of services and supports for youth ages 5-17 with Serious Emotional Disturbances involved in at least two child service systems (Mental Health, Special Education, Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare) and their families. This means working to improve the many quality services that already exist in our community, as well as offering new services that will meet the unique needs of youth and families in Kent County.
