Parents
Worried about your child’s behavior or emotional well-being?
Is your family currently receiving mental health services and involved in our systems?
CFP is here for you. Part of our approach is the strong belief that parents/caregivers should be actively involved in their child’s treatment process.
The CFP is made up of professionals working together with you to improve the services and supports that already exist in Kent County, and to develop a new approach together- because we are Stronger Together.
CFP partners with ACMH, the Association for Children’s Mental Health, a state-wide family run organization developed for families, by families. ACMH offers Parent Support Partner services as well as a variety of other resources for parents/caregivers of children with emotional and behavioral issues.
